Special Enrollment Periods

Some people can sign up for health insurance all year long. You might be qualified depending on your income. Or you might be qualified because of big life events, like moving, losing a job, or getting married. People who are qualified for Medicaid or for Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) can also sign up for health insurance any time.
